Purgatory Media is your home for all things horror (and horror-adjacent!). As long as it's related to some form of consumable media and also lives within the realm of horror, it's fair game here.
We are a team of horror enthusiasts, all some combination of authors, movie buffs, and avid readers. We have a passion for spreading the good word of horror, keeping you up to date on movies, books, and other entertainment. Join our Facebook group to engage with other fans, get recommendations, and share reviews of your own. Subscribe to our YouTube for interviews with authors, movie facts, and some fun (and at times ridiculous) content.
Here on our Substack, you’ll get the latest news on releases and some horror-related musings from our team. We’ve got some cool things planned for the future! In mid-October, we will begin our countdown of the Top 100 Horror Films from the 21st Century as determined by surveying the indie horror community, with the top spot being revealed on Halloween (Purgatory Media’s official brand launch date!). Once a month, you’ll get a travel guide for a different city, highlighting spooky things to do in the area. And we’re just getting started!
